From Brian
You have survived your greatest trial yet—barely. Bloodied, exhausted, and frayed at the edges, you’ve managed to escape with your lives intact. With the grim task of unearthing the graves now complete, you take what respite you can—just enough time for a short rest, though the weight of what lies ahead presses heavily on your minds.
As you sift through the burial site, the reality becomes clear: there’s no practical way to excavate the full remains of the massive dragon. It’s sheer size and your current means—make it all but impossible. If another group returns to claim the site, you’ll either need to confront them again… or be long gone before they arrive.
Still, with the dragon’s body now exposed, there's more than enough meat and material left behind for others—perhaps even enough to appease Throgg, if that’s the goal.
The moment demands choices.
What will you do next?
Take a few moments to gather your thoughts and weigh your options. Will you set an ambush for the next crew that comes to claim the dragon’s remains? Attempt to disguise your presence, leaving behind false trails or signs of sabotage?
Do you march straight to Throgg—confronting him before he ever lays hands on the dragon’s meat, or after, when he believes himself triumphant?
Perhaps you choose another path: catching up with Old Jenna, returning to the peat-cutter’s camp, or striking out across another corner of the Black Marsh map in search of answers—or safety.
Or maybe… you disappear entirely before more blood is shed.
Your path forward is yours to shape—but time is not on your side.
